50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance plus damage deposit due 14 days prior to stay. Damage deposit is $500 cash, money order, or check, also a short term lease agreement is to be signed at time of arival. Damage deposit is fully refunded provided damage does not exceed normal wear and tear.
Deposit must be paid via credit card, check or money order, the remaining balance may be paid by credit card or check.

Cancellation Policy:
All bookings subject to a $300 non-refundable charge for all cancellations made 29 days or less before your check-in date. Any money in excess of the $300 deposit will be refunded within 10 business days. Your $300 deposit may be applied toward future rentals of any other open dates within a 6 month period of the cancellation date; otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
